Montse Benitez Foundation Ball

Our major event is on Saturday March 24th again at Chester Race course when we a BALL.

Tickets will be priced at £75-00 per person and will include a glass of prosecco on arrival followed up by a 3 course meal. STARTER Potted Loch Duart Salmon, pickled beetroot, fennel and orange salad MAIN Braised Vale of Clwyd beef shin, horseradish mashed potatoes, root vegetables and red wine sauce. DESSERT Sticky Toffee Pudding, butterscotch sauce.

We will have 2 Auctions. 1 SILENT AUCTION with about 10 items and the Main Auction with again possible 8-10 items. We are hoping to have a Casino table and either a Diamond Draw or BUY A KEY and OPEN A BOX to WIN a PIECE OF JEWELLERY. We have a band called Citizen to dance to and again a vegetarian option will be available.
